You think the average consumer is going to go online to look up the ToS before they go and purchase a 360 or PS3?
NOBODY has EVER read the online ToS first before they went out and purchased the PS3 or 360. And if they say they have....you are full of sh1t.
I find it rather odd that in order to read the ToS, you must have first purchased the product...so...if you do choose not to agree with the ToS, it better be within the time frame that you are able to return the product.
Great games sell great numbers. I also think there is a larger God of War fan base than there is for Uncharted. Remember GoW was first on the PS2 with 2 episodes so it has had a longer time to establish a larger fan base.
Also...I bought Socom from Gamestop for $4 last month.!!!! They didn't even have it on the shelf, they had to go to the back room and pull it out. $4 for a brand new game is a steal.
At a 1/3 the cost of "that definitive racing game" in a time when the only available race game was GT5:P...I should hope so.
Also, "that definitive racing game" has sold 2.49 million so far...which is a difference of just over a million copies...and has been out FAR less time then GT5:P. So I would say...for a $30 demo of the biggest and most popular racing game in the world ONLY selling 3.68 million with a console install base of over 32 million, I would say...

I agree 100%. Mass Effect 2 to me is the perfect game for ALL gamers and not only will it be nominated for GOTY but it will also WIN GOTY.
Yup. No doubt over $200. I know my wife as been wanting one for awhile so I think I will pick one of these 3D versions up for her and surprise her....I may even get one for myself.

I can't remember the last time I used a Manual. All games these days come with a built in menu with controls and button config as well as a tutorial in the beginning.
I for 1 am glad that they get rid of the manual and I hope many companies follow suit. I hope this will also bring down the cost of the game as well since we no longer would be paying for a manual.
Are you kidding? Splinter Cell has Single player, co-op AND multiplayer. M.A.G. only has online...and with the piss poor sales, there isn't much of a community, which would explain the pathetic meta score....so NO M.A.G is NOT doing fine.

I party chat with my family and friends ALL THE TIME while I am playing Mass Effect 2 and that has no online so I don't see your point. Why does it matter if a game has an online component in order to use party chat?

FFXIII was EXCLUSIVE to the PS3 in JAPAN where it sold around 2 million. Which means, everywhere else in the world, it has only sold 1 million on the PS3...just like the 360 has done.
Now of course had FFXIII been released in JAPAN on the 360 it still would have paled to the sales on the PS3 in Japan, but at least you could use the sales vs sales of the 360 and PS3 argument more accurately and fairly.

What a stupid comment. I guess this is the only "jab" this Pro Sony site can say about how cool it would be that Natal can understand what team you support when watching the game on TV.
This is just the tip of the ice burg of what Natal will be able to do. I am really excited about Natal. 1st day buy for me. And if they release a 360 slim with Natal incorporated into the console...I will pick that up day 1 of release.
